Moderation & enforcement
Public content is monitored with NLP-based moderation to identify abusive or policy-violating material such as toxic language, hate speech, harassment, threats, vulgar language and spam. Flagged public content is routed to the admin moderation queue for review.
Private content is never scanned for moderation
NLP moderation applies only to public community content. Private Matter Management conversations and private AI conversations are never scanned for administrative review.
Repeated violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent account ban, in line with our Dispute Resolution Policy and Terms.
