Refund Policy & payment gateway use

The payment gateway on this website is integrated only for platform subscription checkout. When a customer chooses a paid plan on Legum AI Pak, they pay securely through the gateway provider. Successful payment is recorded against the customer's account so that the matching subscription benefits and AI credit entitlements are activated. Declined, cancelled or failed payments do not unlock premium access.

• Secure online payment (card and other methods offered by the gateway at checkout).
• Automatic confirmation of payment status to the platform so access and usage limits update correctly.
• Refunds of eligible platform subscription payments processed under this Refund Policy.

A typical customer payment flow is as follows:

• 1. Select a plan — The customer reviews subscription plans and pricing on the public Pricing section of the website and chooses a plan suited to their needs.
• 2. Sign in or create an account — Checkout requires a Legum AI Pak account so payment can be linked to the correct user and entitlements.
• 3. Start secure checkout — The customer is directed to the payment gateway checkout (hosted or embedded by the payment provider) to enter payment details. Legum AI Pak does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
• 4. Pay and confirm — The gateway processes the payment and returns a success, failure or cancellation result to Legum AI Pak.
• 5. Access activated — On successful payment, the customer's plan and AI usage allowances are activated or extended for the paid period. The customer can review plan status from their account dashboard.
• 6. Support for billing issues — Questions about charges or refunds are handled via the contact details listed below, under this Refund Policy.

Premium features (for example higher AI usage limits and professional tools) may be offered through a paid subscription. Current prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase on the Pricing page and during checkout.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel future renewals from your account settings; cancellation stops new charges for subsequent periods.
• After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period already purchased.

Refund requests for platform subscription charges are assessed case by case in good faith. Partial periods already consumed are generally non-refundable. Unauthorised or clearly mistaken charges, technical double-charging, or inability to deliver a paid feature through our fault may be refunded after verification.

To request a refund, email [email protected] or call 0334 7668157 with your account email, approximate payment date, amount and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 1–2 business days and complete eligible refunds through the original payment gateway route where available.

AI usage may be metered (for example free or included queries that reset periodically, with higher limits on paid plans). Allowances are described on the plan at purchase and in your dashboard after payment succeeds.
