Terms of Service

Legum AI Pak is a legal technology platform that provides AI-assisted legal research and connects clients with verified lawyers. You agree to use the platform lawfully, professionally and in line with these Terms and our policies, including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your date of birth — is accurate. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 may be removed.

• Registration requires your full name, date of birth, CNIC and phone number.
• Each CNIC is unique across the platform; duplicate or banned CNICs cannot be used to register.
• Lawyers must submit bar council details and supporting documents for verification before being marked verified.
• Law firms may post legal jobs and firm profiles only when authorised and when the posting is genuine.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and your information accurate.

Certain features may require a paid platform subscription. Subscription prices are shown at checkout. Payments for Legum AI Pak plans are processed through our online payment gateway. A successful payment activates or renews the corresponding plan on your account. Failed or cancelled payments do not grant access.

The payment gateway is used only for platform subscription fees during the customer checkout process (select plan → sign in → secure gateway payment → access activated). Details of that use case, renewals, cancellation and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy at /payment-refund.

Users agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and verify the terms of any legal service before accepting a proposal.

Lawyers agree to represent their qualifications honestly, maintain professional conduct, comply with their professional obligations, and deliver services as agreed with the client.

Law firms agree that every job posting published on Legum AI Pak is real, current and accurately described. Firms must not post fictitious roles, bait postings, or opportunities that do not exist. Users and lawyers may report suspected fake job postings to Legum AI Pak; reports are reviewed under our complaint process.

• Spam, solicitation or unsolicited promotional content.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive behaviour.
• Fraud, scams or misrepresentation of identity or credentials.
• Fake profiles, including fake lawyer profiles.
• Fake, misleading or non-existent job postings published by a law firm (or on a firm’s behalf).
• Uploading illegal, infringing or harmful content.
• Any attempt to abuse, disrupt or circumvent platform security or payment systems.

We may issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. Where an account is permanently banned, the associated CNIC is blocked and cannot be used to create a new account.

Users may submit complaints against lawyers, law firms or clients, including complaints that a firm job posting is fake. Our team reviews complaints, contacts both parties using registered phone numbers, documents internal notes, issues warnings where appropriate, schedules follow-ups, and may suspend or permanently ban offenders under the enforcement rules above. You may appeal an administrative action by contacting [email protected] with your complaint reference; decisions are made at Legum AI Pak's reasonable discretion.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Legum AI Pak provides research assistance and a marketplace connecting clients and lawyers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legum AI Pak is not liable for legal outcomes, agreements, payments or advice exchanged directly between lawyers and clients. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may revise these Terms periodically; the latest version will always be available on this page.
