Submitting a complaint

Any user may submit a complaint against a lawyer or a client using the Report an Issue / Complaint option in the footer or menu. Complaints can include supporting attachments such as screenshots, documents or invoices.

Our resolution process

When a complaint is received, the Legum AI Pak team will:

  • Review the complaint and any supporting evidence.
  • Contact both parties using their registered phone numbers to verify the facts.
  • Investigate the matter and document internal notes after each conversation.
  • Issue warnings where appropriate (first or final warning).
  • Maintain a complete complaint history of all actions and status changes.
  • Schedule follow-ups to confirm whether the issue has been resolved.
  • Suspend or permanently ban repeat offenders where necessary.

Escalation & follow-up

After the initial investigation, a follow-up is scheduled (typically after 7 days). If the issue remains unresolved, we contact the reported party again and continue documenting updates. Confirmed repeat or serious violations may be escalated, leading to temporary suspension or a permanent ban.

What we can and cannot do

Reasonable efforts, not guaranteed outcomes
Legum AI Pak will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication and resolve disputes, but does not guarantee dispute resolution, financial recovery, compensation, refunds or legal outcomes. Agreements and payments between lawyers and clients remain their own responsibility.

Appeals

If you believe an administrative decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with your complaint reference number. Appeals are reviewed at Legum AI Pak's reasonable discretion.
