How the Legum AI Pak marketplace works

Legum AI Pak connects clients with verified lawyers. Lawyers operate independently and set their own terms.

A technology platform, not a law firm

Legum AI Pak is a technology platform that connects clients and lawyers. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services ourselves. Lawyers on the platform are independent professionals responsible for their own work.

Pricing & proposals are set by lawyers

  • Lawyers independently determine their pricing, quotations, proposals and service terms.
  • Clients are free to negotiate directly with lawyers before accepting a proposal.
  • Clients and lawyers may communicate and finalise terms directly through the platform.

Commissions & fees

No commission on legal-service transactions
Legum AI Pak does not charge any commission from lawyer–client service transactions, unless future platform policies explicitly introduce such fees. Any future change would be communicated clearly in advance.

Platform subscriptions (if any) are separate from legal-service payments between lawyers and clients — see our Payment & Refund Policy.

Payments & responsibility

  • Payments made outside the platform are entirely between the lawyer and the client.
  • Legum AI Pak is not a financial intermediary, escrow service or payment guarantor.
  • Users are responsible for verifying terms before accepting any proposal.
Verify before you accept
Review the scope, pricing, timeline and payment terms of any proposal carefully. Once both parties agree, a private Matter Management workspace is created for collaboration.
