A light tour of what each area does — not a how-to.
- Find Lawyers / Services / Firms — Marketplace to discover verified counsel, packaged services and chambers. Clients Message for free; counsel and firms appear via public profiles and listings.
- Meezan AI — Shared suite of five tools on a monthly credit pool: research assistant, drafting, arguments, predictive signals and contract review. Firms share one org pool (optional per-seat caps).
- Messages — Client ↔ lawyer or client ↔ firm chat. Clients always see their threads; Free lawyer/firm message content stays locked until a paid practice plan.
- Proposals — Counsel sends a Matter Proposal (scope, fee, terms). Clients Accept, request Revision, or Reject. Accept opens a matter workspace.
- Matter management — Shared workspace after engagement: overview, milestones, documents, communication, tasks and invoices. Counsel runs the matter; clients follow and upload payment proof where offered.
- Legal Jobs — Firms post openings; Premium users and Professional lawyers browse and apply. Free clients and Free counsel cannot use the jobs board.
- Legal News — Everyone can read; eligible paid lawyers and firms submit for admin publish. Published pieces can feed renewal discounts for counsel/firms.
- Q&A Forum — Public legal questions and answers. Users ask within a monthly quota; lawyers answer without a posting cap. Firm renewal discounts do not use Q&A.
- Legum Law Review — Editorial blogs from Legum AI Platform. Read and bookmark; audiences do not author these posts.
- Team seats & permissions (firms) — Paid firms invite lawyer seats under one subscription and control access with Permission Manager (roles, custom roles, overrides). Legal Services lifetime caps: Starter 25, Professional 50.
